How a slip runs

Bid. One bid per wallet, at least 1,000 BIDDROP. Eight seats, open until the first drop.
Raise or drop. When the round's clock hits zero, the lowest bid drops out. Raise any time before that to get off the bottom. A tie drops the later bid.
Split and pot. 97% of the dropped stake splits evenly across every bid still in; 3% goes into the pot. The last bid left takes its own stake back plus the pot.

Worked example

Four bids: 40,000 · 25,000 · 15,000 · 10,000. Round 1 closes and the 10,000 drops: 300 goes to the pot, 9,700 splits three ways, 3,233 to each bid still in.

Round 2: the 15,000 drops, 7,275 to each of the last two, 450 to the pot. Round 3: the 25,000 drops and the 40,000 is paid 24,250.

The 40,000 is the last bid: it takes its 40,000 back, the 1,500 pot and 34,758 in splits. The 25,000 still walks with 10,508; the 15,000 with 3,233.
